  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 green Bell Peppers (jap Choy) large Large Handful of Finger-size Garlic Cloves (optional)

  • 3 Tbsp Water (for gravy)
