Cook them at least for 5 minutes, and then break them into small pieces using a fork or knife. It still needs to be hot when put on top of the chicken, but the skin will make the taste not good.
Step 5: While waiting for tomatoes to cook, you may slice onions into thin strings. Cut lettuce into small bowl-sized pieces.

Step 7: Now is the time to assemble the whole dish. Put cooked rice on a plate, and put chicken thighs, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on top of it. Add the chili puree on top of the dish. Add sour cream to your liking.
