- 300g Icing Sugar (softened)

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (Gas mark 4).

Step 6. Combine the ground coffee beans and icing sugar in a bowl and stir together using a wooden spoon to make the frosting. In a separate bowl, beat the butter until soft. Add the sugar mixture and beat again until smooth.
