Step 2: Add the garlic and ginger to the pan (if using fresh) and sauté for about 30 seconds.

Step 3: Add your chicken to the pan, then add in all vegetables of choice except for spinach. Sauté until chicken is fully cooked, stirring from time to time.

Step 4: Once the chicken is fully cooked, turn the heat to medium-low and add in spinach, coconut cream, or cream.

Step 5: Mix ingredients and simmer for another 3-5 minutes, occasionally stirring until ingredients have melted into one delicious dish!
