  • 15-20 Curry Leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 3 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 300 g Prawns (cleaned)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Coriander (chopped)

1. Take the washed and cleaned prawns.

2. Now add the cleaned and washed prawns to a pan and add the ginger, garlic, curry leaves, onion, and Tomato.

3. Then, put them on a high flame, let them cook for 10 minutes, and add salt.

4. After 10 minutes, add the coriander powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder.

5. Again, put them on a high flame and let them cook till the raw smell leaves.
