How to make Dosa Chicken Curry Recipe
- 1/2 cup of thick coconut milk (can dilute with 2 to 3 more cups of water)
- 2 tbsp of corn flour
- 2 cups of chicken (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- Pinch of mustard seeds
Step 1: Heat a wok/Kadai and add a little oil. Add mustard seeds, combine with onions, and saute for a minute or two.
Step 2: Add chicken pieces, green chilies, and curry leaves. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 3: Stir in the coconut milk and corn flour mixture 1 cup at a time to mix well with all the ingredients before adding more.
Step 4: Cook for about 5 minutes over medium to high heat until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
Step 5: Finally, add the salt and remove it from heat. Serve with dosa batter (recipe follows below) or rice.
