- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1/8 tsp Cloves powder
Step 1: Place potatoes in a slow cooker and rub them with oil.
Step 2: Add turmeric and seasonings, cover, and cook for 1 hour.
Step 3: Stir in tomatoes, cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Step 4: Add coconut milk, and simmer uncovered on med-hi heat until slightly thickened. Stir occasionally to keep it from sticking.
Step 5: Serve garnished with cilantro leaves & white vinegar (I didn’t use this).
