Coca Cola Cake Recipe Pioneer Woman: 10 Easy Recipes Way

Coca Cola Cake Recipe Pioneer Woman Is It Possible To Bake A Cake With Coca-Cola? Whether you’re trying to get in shape or not, enjoying a healthy lifestyle can be a challenge.

That’s why the Pioneer Woman (aka Ree Drummond) has created a recipe for Coca-Cola Cake that is perfect for any occasion- not just for those on a diet.

I love this recipe, and I have to admit that many people do too. There’s something about the combination of the light cake and the dark, thick frosting that makes it so appealing. In addition, the fact that it’s both vegan and gluten-free is just a plus.

The great thing about this cake recipe is that you can (and should) change it up depending on what you have on hand.

How To Make Coca Cola Cake Recipe Pioneer Woman?

Making this cake involves a few steps. First, you will need to cream the sugar and butter together for about five minutes. This is where your stand mixer comes in handy, but if you don’t have one, don’t fret! You can cream the butter by hand or even use a hand mixer as I did. The next step is to add the eggs, one time, and then combine them with the Coca-Cola.

  • 1 cake mix (don’t use the devil’s food or chocolate, those are the ones I used)
  • 1 can of Coca-Cola
  • 2 sticks of butter (8 tbsp) creamed with 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 cups of buttermilk
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots

Step 1. Sift together the flour, baking soda and powder, and salt in a large bowl.

Step 2. In a separate bowl, mix the egg replacer with the 2 cups of warm water until smooth.

Step 3. Then add in the Coca-Cola and stir until bubbles form.

Step 4. Stir in the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and carrots.

Step 5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients mixing gently after each element has been added.

Step 6. Pour into the prepared pan.

Step 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 8. While baking, make the icing by combining all of the ingredients in a stand mixer and mixing it on high for about 10 minutes.

Step 9. Once the cake has cooled completely, spread the icing evenly across the top of your cake. Let it harden for about 15 minutes, and then serve!
