How to make Cauliflower Curry South Indian Recipe
- 2 1/2-pound cauliflower florets – (12-15 pieces)
- 1 medium onion – chopped
- 6 to 7 small tomatoes – chopped
- 3 to 4 cloves of garlic – chopped
- 1 tablespoon Kali Mirch (black pepper)
- 2 teaspoon grated ginger root
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 3 to 4 tablespoons oil (for deep frying)
Step 1: Cut cauliflower florets into medium size pieces.
Step 2: Grind the tomatoes and keep them aside.
Step 3: Heat oil in a deep pan/Kadai and fry the chopped onions, diced garlic, Kali Mirch(black pepper), ginger root, and salt until golden brown.
Step 4: Add ground tomatoes with little water to this mixture and continue cooking till they become soft. Step 5: Add chopped cauliflower florets to this mixture and cook for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
Step 6: Stir continuously on a low flame. Add water if required.
