The buffalo wild wings thai curry recipe is a mild and spicy chicken dish often eaten with peanut sauce. It’s great with rice or noodles.

The original buffalo wild wings thai curry recipe is yellow and goes well with peanuts for a sauce. Although I know it isn’t the most traditional way of making this recipe, this recipe is my personal favorite.

Cooking Time: 20 minutes.

Serves:  2 persons


  • 3 pounds raw, unflavored chicken wings
  • 6-12 finely chopped fresh Thai peppers pounded in the mortar and pestle
  • 2 tbsp green Tabasco
  • 1/2 8 oz can lite coconut milk
  • 6 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons non-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger paste
  • 1 package Shan chicken white karahi mix
  • Olive oil cooking spray


Steps-1. Line a baking sheet with tin foil. Spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray. Arrange chicken wings on a pan and bake following the company’s instructions (approximately 20 minutes).

Steps-2. Place the cooked chicken wings into a mixing bowl and toss the chicken with Shan chicken white karahi mix until all coated.

Steps-3. In another mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lime juice, Tabasco, ginger paste, 2 tbsp of oil, and coconut milk.

Steps-4. Arrange the chicken wings in an oven-proof casserole dish and pour the sauce over it. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 ˚C (350 ˚F).

Steps-5. Take out from the oven, sprinkle chopped Thai peppers and green Tabasco and serve immediately with rice or noodles.
